My approach is rooted in understanding human behaviour and translating insights into designs that simplify complexity, solve real problems, and create lasting value.

Over the years, I’ve contributed to user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing across diverse industries. I specialize in crafting user-centric digital products that balance innovation, accessibility, and scalability.

My Design Approach –

Collaboration is central to my process. I thrive in cross-functional teams where diverse perspectives lead to stronger outcomes. Having worked with both service-based and product organizations across different regions, I’ve developed a flexible design mindset that adapts to varied workflows, project scopes, and cultural contexts.

As AI continues to shape the design landscape, it is making workflows faster by streamlining repetitive tasks, accelerating exploration, and enabling quicker iterations. While these advancements improve efficiency, meaningful user experiences still require a human touch. Empathy, critical thinking, and creative intuition remain essential to designing products that truly resonate with people.

Beyond design, I enjoy staying current with UX trends, exploring new tools and methods, and finding inspiration in art, nature, and everyday experiences. Meeting new people and understanding different perspectives continuously helps me grow as a designer.

Senior User Experience Designer (6 months)

As a Senior User Experience Designer at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, I led high-impact redesign and UX modernization initiatives across core internal and customer-facing platforms. I drove strategic improvements to complex operational workflows, elevated product usability, and advanced enterprise-wide design system adoption—ensuring intuitive, consistent, and scalable experiences across CME’s digital ecosystem.

Worked with numerous clients in both India and the USA, engaging in designing a wide range of digital products through an end to end design process. Collaborated with cross-functional teams following the agile methodology. Website redesign and conceptualization for National Mortgage Insurance. Worked as a product designer for General Motors focusing on enhancing the Roadside assistance feature. Conducted in-depth research on Widgets and App clips for General Motors mobile application.

During my tenure as a branding intern, I took on the responsibility of developing brand identities and brand language for numerous industry clients across various domains. Additionally, I was involved in the conceptualization of advertising campaigns.
